I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die.

John 11:25

The death of a friend or family member is a painful loss. At North Park, we want to make this time of sadness and grief less overwhelming by supporting our congregation and its families.

Please be aware that the process for funeral services has been adjusted by the Government of Ontario based on current restrictions and is subject to further change without notice. You are welcome to contact us for more information.

Funerals at North Park

If you have lost a loved one and would like our support and guidance about funeral service arrangements, our pastors are available to officiate and will meet with you and your family to discuss the service details as you plan to celebrate and remember your loved one. If you are working with a funeral home as you make these arrangements, it is important to check with the church office about availability of a pastor and our church facility before choosing a date and time for your service.

Bereavement Support

The loss of a loved one can be painful and disorienting, and those around us do not always know how to respond or help when grief becomes overwhelming. That is why our pastoral staff is available to provide care and counselling during this difficult time.

If you choose to let us know about your loss, please know that we will be holding you and your family in prayer during this difficult time. We will also provide followup care, letting you know about the grief support that is available to you, including our GriefShare  program.
In the event of a death in your family, to inquire about availability for a funeral, or to request an appointment for bereavement support, please contact the church office Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 4:30pm
by calling 519-457-1400 or  completing this contact form.
