Meet our Co-Leads

Joel Miles & Wanda Silvester

North Park is led and guided by two co-leads: Executive Co-Lead Wanda Silvester and Pastoral Co-Lead Joel Miles. Wanda oversees the day-to-day operations and future planning of North Park. While Joel will focus on providing pastoral care and teaching. Both co-leads are accountable to the Board of Elders. With their leadership, North Park can continue to grow and thrive.

Meet the team here at North Park.

The North Park staff is a wonderful team of elders, pastors, administrators, and facilities personnel that help make North Park a place of worship, learning, and growing in faith. Our elders, who provide oversight and direction, our pastors, who lead the Sunday services, the administrators, who manage the finances and daily operations, and the facilities staff, who keep the church site spotless and safe, are invaluable assets to our church family.

Our mission is to inspire, support and mobilize one another to live like Jesus. To experience His love and grace, and participate creatively with Him in His work of transformation.
