With a friend, your family or in your small group, discuss the following questions:

1. On a scale of 1 (not very busy) to 5 (one more thing and I’m going to break), how busy and/or complicated does your life feel? What are some of the things that contribute to that feeling? 
2. What are some things that you would like to do, but you don’t have the margin (room to manoeuvre) to do so?
3. Why do you think we (either as individuals or culturally) over program our schedules and live without any margin?
4. Read Matthew 6:25-33. What does Jesus teach us in regards to simplicity in this passage? 
5. Read John 13:1-17. What traits does Jesus display that we need in order to have True service, as opposed to self-righteous service?
6. What steps can you take to simplify your life so that you have more room love God and serve others?
